Depending on the climatic conditions of the site and the prevailing weather conditions, the flowering periods of the plants can be shifted back or forth in the respective years, but their order will remain the same.
The table shows the earliest beginning and latest possible completion of the flowering periods of different plants/varieties of the same species, with variable weather in the following years. This means that a single plant e.g. will never blossom for a whole month.

The harvesting periods shown in the table refer mostly to different varieties of a specific species/genus, in typical weather. Extreme weather conditions can shift them forward or backward.
